Yes, yes, a day late. I didn’t post anything yesterday because I stopped keeping track. I still haven’t exercised since I hurt my knee, which I’m okay with, but yesterday my PCOS kicked in again and, as much as I thought I was done, my TOM came.. back? Screw PCOS. Anyway, I stopped tracking because I know I went over my daily calorie goal, but I know I didn’t eat enough to gain anything (from eating. I gained 5lbs overnight from TOM, so dumb XD) so I’m not too worried. But I didn’t keep track because I didn’t want to get down on myself. It wasn’t a good day, but it won’t end up being a setback. Today hasn’t been the healthiest day either, but I’m still way on track :D

No real exercise today either, just logged my passing periods from school. Today has been one of the best days I’ve ever had eating wise, I think. Not in WHAT I ate, but in the fact that I’m still in the green on everything. Usually it’s at LEAST the sodium, but not today! I also weighed myself this morning and am over my TOM “plateau”, and have lost 1.8lbs since getting back down to what I was before. I’m now down 11.8lbs total and still going strong (: Also, I tried vanilla almond milk today. I can’t say I would completely have it replace my skim milk, but I think it is pretty good, and has some good nutritional info. You guys should look into it as a snack or something during the day :D

Staying on track even if I don’t post my diary daily, I promise! The other day I did Turbo Jam, and I upped the intensity (instead of walking, I would jump like they did, etc.) Turned out to be too much and I ended up hurting my knee, and now I’m limping. SO I’m laying off the exercise, but it’s not hurting me. I’m back down to a loss of 10lbs so hopefully my weight will start going down again. Not sure what happened there for a week or so. Anyway, got some new snacks, feeling good overall. Now time for bed and a new day tomorrow. Goodnight, lovelies, and keep motivated. (:

Been slacking on posting my MFP journals lately, but haven’t been slacking on working out and eating right. Today I did Turbo Jam, which burned 1012 calories. The rest of the calories I earned from exercising were passing periods during school, which I’ve decided to start counting only because I speed walk to class. In no way am I finished for the day, but I’m sure something will come up later tonight and I’ll be glad I posted this when I did.
Also, out of the 10lbs I lost really quickly initially, I gained some back. I’m not sure how I did that in the first place, but it happened. Now I’m stuck at 276. Say wha? Silly weight, tricks are for kids.
I got a slew of new followers in the past few days. This is great! Well, welcome new followers, to my humble gonna-get-my-ass-in-gear-and-lose-130-pounds abode.
